ESTIMATE YOUR BILL

Tuition and fees are based on a number of factors including student type, degree level, program, residency status, and number of credit hours. Our bill estimator tool allows students to enter basic information and get a sense of the amount they will owe. It takes less than five minutes to complete.

HOW BILLING WORKS

Student bills are issued after registration each semester. Beginning Summer 2023 and forward, the payment deadline will typically occur before classes begin for the semester. Students have the option to pay in full or to split their bill into 2 payments during summer, and 4 & 5 payment plans offered in fall/spring.

Students view their bills via the Student Account Center, which is accessed on the Student tab in UNCGenie. They cannot view their bill or authorize users on UNCGenie without accessing the Student Account Center. This is also where students can add authorized users who can view and pay bills on the student’s behalf.
