Admission Requirements

Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended (min. GPA 2.5)

Only grades of C or higher can transfer.

Completed application and fee
- Prior degree required (AA, AS, BA, or BS)
How to Transfer Credits
Students may transfer a maximum of 64 semester hours from a community college, or an unlimited number of hours from an accredited 4-year institution. Visit UNC Greensboro's Transfer Credit Policies to learn more.

Step 3: Apply online

Create an account in our Student Portal, which makes applying easier and helps us communicate with you during the application process.
- Begin the online application in the student portal. Be sure to specify your planned major:
- Public Health Education: Health Studies (BS)

Complete the Community Standards Questions and NC residency portions of the application.

Submit the $65 nonrefundable application fee.

Have your transcripts sent to UNCG Undergraduate Admissions, P.O. Box 26170, Greensboro, NC 27402-6170.
Please Note: Your application won’t be considered complete without official transcripts. Schools will not release your transcripts if you have ANY outstanding bills.
